Hi, I'm SBG
I am a transformational leadership coach, leadership strategist, consultant, and facilitator who partners with leaders, teams, and organizations to strengthen leadership effectiveness, navigate complexity, and build thriving, high-performing cultures.
With more than 20 years of experience leading, developing, and coaching leaders across K–12 education systems and nonprofit organizations, I bring a unique blend of executive leadership experience, organizational leadership expertise, and transformational coaching to every engagement.
Throughout my career, I have helped leaders strengthen their impact, build high-performing teams,
navigate change, and develop the systems and leadership capacity needed for long-term organizational success.

I create space for leaders to slow down, reflect, uncover new perspectives, and develop practical strategies that strengthen both their leadership and their well-being.
My background includes serving in senior system leadership roles supporting strategy and execution across a network of 11 schools serving nearly 5,900 students, leading talent and leadership development initiatives,
and coaching senior leaders through growth, transition, and organizational change.
Earlier in my career, I founded and led a Title I elementary school from launch through sustained growth,
building a high-performing team while serving more than 500 students and managing a multi-million-dollar budget.
I believe transformational leadership begins within. Leadership growth happens when people feel
seen, valued, challenged, and supported, and when leaders create intentional space to reconnect
with their values, strengths, purpose, and vision. Through coaching, consulting, and facilitation,
I help leaders gain clarity, strengthen confidence, deepen self-awareness, and lead with greater courage, authenticity, and impact.
